UNITED WAY WELCOMES NEW MEMBER TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The United Way of Front Royal-Warren County is pleased to announce the addition of its newest Board member, Dr. Edwin Daley. Dr. Daley is a retired City Manager, having served in the communities of Winchester and Hopewell, Virginia, Fairmont, West Virginia, and Dodge City, Kansas. Additionally, he has been involved in many civic and community organizations in the past, including the International City/County Management Association, Kiwanis, the Salvation Army, Our Health, and the United Methodist Church.

Presently, Dr. Daley serves as Lieutenant Governor for Capital District Kiwanis, and is on the Board of the Warren County Economic Development Authority. He also serves as Finance Committee Chair of the Front Royal United Methodist Church and teaches classes in Public Administration for Regent University.

The United Way believes that Dr. Daley will be a great addition to the Board of Directors. Since 1950, United Way of Front Royal-Warren County has worked to advance the common good in the community. United Way’s goal is to create long-lasting changes by addressing the underlying causes of the issues that our community faces.
